Since 1934, Andy’s Liquor has offered a great selection of wine, beer, and liquor for Rochester and the surrounding areas. We also have a wonderful selection of accessories and glassware. Andy’s Liquor has continued to stay within the Chafoulias family throughout the years. This is truly a family owned business that prides itself on superior service, selection, and price. Andrew Chafoulias built the first store in downtown Rochester.
In 1963, the original store was moved to the Crossroads shopping area; which is still a current location. Since that time, the ownership and staff have carried on the commitment of providing value, selection, and service to the community. This philosophy has allowed the expansion of additional stores in Rochester. Our Marketplace location opened in 1999, followed by the opening of our Northeast location a year later. Our Express location opened in 2009.
In 2020, ownership transitioned to Coborn's. A new store was also added - Northwest.

The Andy's Liquor team participates in hundreds of learning opportunities each year to become more educated on wine, beer, and liquor. Such activities include meeting with wine makers, visiting breweries, hosting educational seminars, and researching industry trends. Our connections reach across the world which has helped us thoroughly understand the wide breadth of offerings and their unique aspects.

Our annual Thank A Veteran Celebration is an event that was created by Andy’s Liquor and led by us. We aim to honor our veterans during a celebration each May with food, prizes, giveaways, and more. All proceeds go towards DAV (Disabled American Veterans) and Beyond the Yellow Ribbon of Southeastern Minnesota. We proudly support our military soldiers and veterans and are so thankful for all that they do, and this is why we also offer a 10% discount to them throughout the year.
